Affiliate Program Policy Manual
Because He & She MD operates in the healthcare industry, all Affiliate Partners are expected to comply with the Affiliate Program Documents and our approved marketing standards when promoting He & She MD services. Marketing materials that contain misleading, deceptive, or unapproved healthcare claims are strictly prohibited. Non-compliant promotion may result in removal from the program.

This Agreement governs your participation in the He & She MD Affiliate Partner Program. By applying, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, the Affiliate Privacy Policy, and the Affiliate Marketing, Advertising & Compliance Guide.
1.1 Eligibility. Open to content creators, publishers, healthcare educators, wellness professionals, fitness experts, media companies, and strategic partners. All applications subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
1.2 Commission Structure. Approved partners earn commissions for qualified patient referrals. Commission amounts vary by treatment category. Current commissions range from $150 to $400+ per qualified referral.
1.3 Payment Terms. Approved commissions paid monthly in accordance with the Everflow payment schedule. He & She MD reserves the right to withhold commissions for non-compliant or fraudulent activity.
1.4 Term & Termination. Effective upon program approval. He & She MD may terminate participation immediately for violation of Program Documents.
1.5 Independent Contractor. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of He & She MD.
He & She MD collects and processes information about Affiliate Partners in connection with the operation of the Program.
2.1 Information Collected. We collect name, contact details, website, social channels, promotional methods, and payment details. We also collect performance data through Everflow.
2.2 Use of Information. Used to evaluate applications, administer accounts, process commission payments, and ensure compliance with Program Documents.
2.3 Data Sharing. Shared with Everflow as our affiliate tracking and payment platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2.4 Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our Affiliate Team after approval.
All Affiliate Partners must promote He & She MD responsibly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3.1 Approved Methods. Approved channels include content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid media. All materials must comply with the Approved Messaging Library.
3.2 Prohibited Practices. Strictly prohibited: misleading or false claims; unauthorized use of trademarks; spam; claims that services diagnose or cure conditions; inauthentic testimonials; branded keyword bidding without approval; violations of FTC guidelines, HIPAA, or state telehealth regulations.
3.3 Required Disclosures. All promotional content must include clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines, e.g. “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link” or #ad.
3.4 Healthcare Claims. Affiliate Partners may not make specific medical claims or cite clinical outcomes without prior written approval from He & She MD.
3.5 Enforcement. Non-compliant content must be removed immediately upon notice. Repeated violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
